Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026.
This notice explains how AllJobs.uk handles personal information when you use our UK job-search, employer and developing recruitment services.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use AllJobs, this can include account and contact details, candidate profile information, job-search preferences, saved jobs and alerts, applications and cover notes, employer vacancy information, contact enquiries, and technical/security information generated when the service is used.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and platform functions, connect candidates with vacancies, administer employer services, respond to enquiries, protect the service, improve functionality, and meet legal obligations. Where recruitment services are activated, additional candidate and employer information may be required and the relevant privacy information will be expanded before those workflows go live.
Job providers and external links
AllJobs may display opportunities supplied by authorised third-party job providers. When you follow an external vacancy, you leave AllJobs and the destination provider or employer processes information under its own privacy terms. External applications are not recorded as native AllJobs applications unless the site explicitly tells you otherwise.
Candidate information
Candidate profiles and native application records are not intended to be publicly searchable. CV upload is not currently enabled. Do not send CVs, identity documents, bank details or special-category information through the general contact form.
Sharing
We do not sell candidate personal information. Information may be shared where necessary to provide a service you request, with service providers acting on our behalf, where required by law, or with employers/recruitment clients where an appropriate recruitment workflow and lawful basis applies.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. Retention periods will be documented more specifically as recruitment and CV functions are introduced. We use access controls and other technical and organisational measures appropriate to the platform.
Your UK data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law can give you rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Some rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions.
Cookies
AllJobs uses technical functionality required to operate WordPress, authentication and platform features. A dedicated cookie notice will describe non-essential analytics, advertising or marketing technologies before they are enabled.
